I qualified as a therapist ten years ago and have been working in a variety of roles including the NHS, charity sector and private practice.

I offer a relational and integrative approach to psychotherapy, dedicated to providing a safe therapeutic space for adults.

My commitment is to support your path toward resilience through contemplative and empathetic practice, grounded in a deep respect for your individual experience.

I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, existential and person-centred therapy as well as trauma-informed CBT. This allows me to bring a variety of tools to the therapy and we can find the right approach together.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is based on the understanding that many of our thoughts, feelings and ways of relating are shaped by experiences that lie outside of our conscious awareness. These patterns often develop in early relationships and can continue to influence how we experience ourselves and others throughout life.

My approach is relational, which means I see therapy as something we create together. The therapeutic relationship provides a unique opportunity to understand, in the present moment, the patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress or difficulties in relationships. By exploring these experiences together in a safe, thoughtful and compassionate way, new ways of understanding yourself can emerge, creating the possibility for greater freedom, more fulfilling relationships and lasting psychological change.
